Chefchaouen, Morocco

Some say that this town, which is world famous for its blue painted streets and houses, is probably the closest feeling of living in the depth of the blue ocean. The town of Chefchaouen situated in northwest Morocco. This town is also  nicknamed “Heaven of the hillside” (apart of the Rif Mountains) . The town was established in the late fifteenth century and actually started as one lonely Citadel, which still stands to this day.
